COMPATIBILITY
All plugins require a minimum of PHP 5.3 and self-hosted WordPress 4.6. Version checks are coded into all plugins and will not load if these are not met, and a warning notice will displayed.
LICENSING
Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. A valid and active license key is required in order to get support and automatic upgrades for purchased plugins.
SOFTWARE UPDATES
Updates are included for one year from date of purchase. If you have a valid and active license key, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard. In the event of automatic upgrade failing, then updates can be downloaded from your account page.
SUPPORT SERVICES
Support for purchased plugins is given for one year from the date of purchase. If you wish to get support after one year, you must renew your license key or purchase a new license for the plugin you wish to get support for.
REFUNDS
Ok, let’s be honest. I’m a single developer making cool plugins and then trying to sell them to make a living. So refunding something that is tested and working for most people is going to hurt.
However. I will give a full refund if the following conditions are met:
Your refund request is within 14 days of purchase.
The plugin has a confirmed, fundamental bug, that is preventing it’s basic function.
We can’t resolve the bug/issue through support.
I will not grant a refund if the following apply:
Compatibility is not met.
Any issues or clashes caused by 3rd party plugins, themes, or other software.
You simply don’t like the plugin or don’t want to use it.
